We were brought in by the Private Equity sponsor of the PortCo to lead the integration rollup of a 5 member HVAC companies across regions of the U.S.
The company separated from 2 TSA’s, and bought 3 stand-alone businesses to rollup. We developed an assessment and roadmap to deploy scalable systems as the platforms to add companies onto one at a time.
This included the infrastructure and network plan, the Microsoft Cloud plan, the ERP plan, the IT Security program, and the organizational design to support these plans.
The company elected our CIO Advisor to lead the roadmap, and continue to lead the IT diligence efforts and face off with the other IT and Cyber due diligence teams.
